LeBron James is one of the biggest NBA legends of his generation, and he broke more records than we can count over the years. Some of them will most likely never be broken, and these five are definitely untouchable.
Leading Scorer
LeBron James broke Kareem Abdul-Jabbar’s all-time scoring record to become the NBA’s leading scorer and recently became the first player in history to cross the 40,000-point mark.
Points + Rebounds + Assists
The King is also the only NBA player in history with over 30,000 points, 10,000 rebounds, and 10,000 assists, and it’s highly unlikely anyone will catch up with him anytime soon.
25+ Point Average
LeBron James is one of the most consistent players in the NBA, with a 25+ point average for 19 seasons, an impressive number that will be very hard to beat.
All-NBA Selections
James also holds the record for most All-NBA selections with 19. To put things into perspective, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Kobe Bryant, and Tim Duncan shared the record with 15 All-NBA selections before he came on the scene.
Double Digit Scoring Record
We can count on The King to score 10 or more points every time he hits the court, and he hasn’t dropped the ball ever since 2007. He broke Michael Jordan’s double-digit scoring record (867 straight games) all the way back in 2018, and his impressive streak now includes over 1,000 games.
